Every transfer is checked before it ships, but if something isn't right we'll make it right.
Defective or misprinted items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll replace the transfer or refund it — your choice.
Wrong item received
If we packed the wrong design, we'll ship the correct one right away at no cost to you.
What we can't accept
- Transfers that have already been pressed or applied.
- Pressing results caused by incorrect time, temperature or pressure settings.
- Custom or personalised transfers, unless they arrive defective.
- Change-of-mind returns on live claim items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.
