Rates

• Flat-rate shipping: $7.99 per order, no matter how many transfers.
• Free shipping on all orders over $100.
• VIP members ship free on every order — no minimum, for as long as your $29.99/month membership is active.

Processing time

Orders are printed, cured and packed within 1-2 business days. Live claim orders may be held briefly so multiple claims ship together.

Delivery

We ship from the USA with tracked service. Transit usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage. For lost parcels, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim on your behalf.
